Indigo Rose PMU Policies

Indigo Rose PMU conducts its work in a spa setting, and is open by appointment only. 


We require a credit card to hold your appointment. We will not charge your card unless there is a cancellation after the 48 hour cancellation period, in that case there is a 30% charge on the amount of services booked. 


We accept cash, all credit cards as well as paypal and venmo


Rescheduling must be done with 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick. 


PERMANENT COSMETICS ~ We consider the first session as foundational, where we SCULPT your design, and the second session as ornamental, where we CURATE your design. We charge one upfront fee for the two sessions. CURATE sessions are scheduled at the time of your SCULPT service and are typically 6-8 weeks from the time of your initial SCULPT session. 

Please attend both sessions. We cannot be responsible for the quality of unfinished work. We are committed to providing you with quality service , but many outside factors can result in a less than desired outcome. Healed results will vary with each individual : variables include skin type, lifestyle, pre and post care routine. 

Additional sessions may be required to obtain desired results. Please contact us with 3 months of your final appointment if you have concerns and we will happily schedule a complimentary assessment. Client satisfaction is important to us! 

SCAR REVISION, SCALP REPIGMENTATION, AREOLA RESTORATION and PMU CORRECTION/REMOVAL work typically requires three or more sessions. The scope of the work will be defined at your consultation and a quote for the completion of of project and payment schedule prepared for your approval. 


Payment is due at time of service. Any deposits paid are applied to balance.  Indigo Rose PMU accepts cash, all credit cards and electronic payments (paypal, venmo)
